A video request on my current EDC set up. This hasnt changed a great deal over the last 10 months really, apart from the key chain carry and some items that are seasonal in nature like my hayfever allergy machine, and my water bottles and thermos flask options. My week is spent travelling to and from a singular place of work, which is no more than about 12 miles from home, at weekends I will travel about quite a bit, and depending on where I am going and what I am doing, I will add or subtract different component parts as necessary

Well idk when but I’m going to go from California to Wyoming to work on a ranch and I want to take my Swiss Army Knife because I usually use it for everyday chores, art and etc. I just want to make sure its legal to at least have it in my purse or luggage cause I don’t want to get arrested and etc. Thanks! (And it would be nice to provide a site that tells all the rules and regulations on this sort of stuff)

I’m going to New York City in two weeks with a group of friends, and I know pretty much the gist of what I’m supposed to do to stay safe from muggers, rapists, etc. The problem is, the only decent cross body purse that I have is rather small (about 8 inches long, 7 inches high, and a few inches wide) with a small built in pocket. There’s so much stuff that I would like to carry with me, but what do I really need? For instance, I’ll always carry around my wallet, cellphone, camera, and possibly my Swiss Army knife (just in case, you know). But what else should take around with me?

I usually wear a medium-large purse with a couple big pockets, but sometimes use smaller ones. Some stuff I already usually or sometimes carry around:

keys
pencil
notepad
swiss army knife
brush
scrunchie
hair clips+bobbie pins
light makeup (foundation, mascara, lipstick)
mini mirror
tissues
book (if I need something to read)
ipod+headphones
snack
water bottle (if it’s hot)
